What you'll do

• Design, analyze, and optimize active and passive thermal control systems
• perform steady-state and transient thermal analyses
• develop, validate, and maintain thermal models
• support materials and thermal-interface selection and trade studies
• define thermal requirements, margins, and operating limits
• support environmental testing and analyze test data
• collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
• document analyses and test results
• support design reviews and risk assessments.
