This role exists to provide compassionate, personalized care and assist Registered Nurses in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey. The assistant helps patients with daily activities and communicates patient needs to the nursing staff to facilitate recovery.

What you'll do

• Assist nurses with patients and treatments, help patients with daily personal activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Prepare and transport patients, communicate patient concerns to nurses, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, and celebrate patient milestones.
