This role is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for heavy civil and environmental projects, including water treatment facilities and remediation sites. The estimator will analyze project specifications, solicit subcontractor pricing, and develop construction sequencing strategies to ensure project success.

What you'll do

• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for water/wastewater and environmental projects.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
• Develop project phasing and construction sequencing.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing.
• Conduct site visits to assess project-specific challenges.
