This role supports the kitchen operations at The Legends Country Club, a premier golf club and event venue, by ensuring high-quality food production and maintaining kitchen standards. The role exists to provide leadership in the kitchen, particularly when the Chef or management team is absent. The Lead Line Cook oversees daily food preparation, supervises staff, manages inventory, and ensures that all safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items including soups, sauces, and daily specials
• supervise kitchen staff and food preparation
• assist with training and guiding team members
• ensure food presentation and quality standards
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety
• assume responsibility for operations in the absence of management
• assist with inventory and cost control.
