What you'll do

• develop PowerShell automation
• support networks, firewalls, switches, wireless, VPNs, DNS, and VoIP
• monitor performance and availability
• support cybersecurity operations, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, audits, and security frameworks
• administer Microsoft Copilot and approved AI platforms
• build workflow automation
• serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation resource
• mentor junior IT staff
• lead infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and acquisition integrations.

Why this role
