The technician provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role supports clients’ communication, social, and adaptive skills through individualized programs, accurate data collection, documentation, and collaboration with supervisors and families.

What you'll do

  • Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
  • implement individualized programs under BCBA supervision
  • use evidence-based strategies including NET, DTT, PRT, and FCT
  • support communication, social, and adaptive skill development
  • collect data and maintain documentation
  • collaborate with supervisors and families.
