Senior Accountant

What you'll do

• Assist the Controller with external financial statements, monthly reporting, and reconciliations
• maintain the fixed asset system and lease accounting software
• support boat cost allocations, steel inventory, revenue accruals and deferrals, and accounting for boat movements
• assist with daily accounting operations and financial analysis
• support general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
• prepare and review journal entries and monthly close processes
• assist with financial statements and management and board reporting
• handle or supervise general ledger reconciliations
• support audits, special projects, regulatory updates, control improvements, and software implementations
• provide day-to-day support and training to team members.
