What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, and training
• support the General Manager in developing the team
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, and scheduling
• support food and labor cost goals
• deliver speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality
• coach and develop Service Managers and employees.
