What you'll do

• Assess and coordinate patient and family needs during after-hours shifts
• maintain primary clinical oversight for assigned patients
• conduct routine visits, admissions, death visits, and urgent after-hours calls
• serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG)
• perform clinical administrative tasks, workflow auditing, and support survey readiness.
