What you'll do

• complete weekly inventory with the General Manager
• interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations or complete hiring
• document employee relations and apply progressive discipline when needed
• assist with performance reviews
• place, receive, and store orders
• enter invoices
• write schedules for General Manager review
• perform opening and closing duties and cash handling
• handle guest issues
• communicate business information to the General Manager.
