The Flow Cell Operator, CNC Machining — Day Shift role is onsite in West Valley City, UT. Entry-level pay starts at $20 per hour; compensation is DOE. The position supports SilencerCo’s production of precision products for the firearms suppressor industry. The operator runs and monitors machining equipment, checks component quality, and maintains production processes and equipment. The work contributes to producing accurate parts while following standard work, documentation, and safety practices.

What you'll do

• Operate machines efficiently according to daily standard work
• use metrology to validate machined components
• accurately check parts in company systems
• use machine-monitoring software
• set material stick-out and offsets
• read prints
• document abnormalities
• maintain coolant concentration and lines
• perform machine maintenance tasks and replace high-pressure unit filters
• follow safe work practices and maintain a high-performance worksite using 5S principles.

Why this role
