Job overview

The Trim Operator role is onsite in Winchester, TN; compensation is $14.64 per hour after training on first shift or $15.61 per hour after training on second shift. The position supports production for a manufacturing client.

What you'll do

• Operate trim machines, trim presses, and saws safely
• cut, shape, and finish materials
• inspect finished products for quality
• monitor machine performance and report equipment issues
• maintain production pace and accuracy
• follow work instructions, schedules, quality guidelines, and safety procedures
• keep the work area organized and assist other production personnel as needed.
