Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests
• prepare apartments for new residents
• perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance, and locksmith work
• maintain common areas, grounds, amenities, and exteriors
• participate in preventative maintenance
• respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation
• track supplies
• document work orders
• report hazards and improvement needs
• assist with inspections, seasonal projects, and community improvements.
