What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day studio operations and implement company strategies and procedures
• deliver customer service consistent with JETSET Pilates standards
• analyze sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll metrics
• develop local marketing initiatives
• respond to client concerns
• build local wellness and fitness relationships
• maintain class and staff schedules and inventory
• host team meetings and events
• oversee hiring and career growth
• and instruct an average of eight classes weekly while being present during at least 25 class times each week. The General Manager is expected to complete the JETSET Pilates training program.
