The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is in person in La Follette, TN. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. Magnet ABA Therapy provides applied behavior analysis services to individuals with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities. The technician delivers one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implements behavior plans, and records client progress. The role helps clients build social, communication, and daily living skills while coordinating with the BCBA and families.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• collect and record progress data
• assist with behavior support plans
• provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• collaborate with the BCBA on treatment adjustments
• maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
