What you'll do

• Cover supported employment and community participation programs
• support self-advocacy and choice
• facilitate community activities
• help individuals develop independent living, social, and professional skills
• provide on-the-job support
• coordinate resources and transportation
• administer medication when required and authorized
• maintain documentation and communicate health or safety changes.
