Temporary Billing Specialist — Bilingual Spanish

The Temporary Billing Specialist role is onsite in Corona, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The role supports the Accounting Department’s Billing Unit at Inland Respite, whose mission is to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities and their families through respite services. The specialist supports accurate billing, timekeeping, and data reconciliation across the organization. The role coordinates with internal teams, regional centers, providers, and families to help maintain timely, compliant financial and payroll operations.

What you'll do

• Process agency and employer-of-record billing
• audit timecards and reconcile e-billing invoices
• post invoices and conduct monthly audits
• ensure billing compliance
• review electronic and paper timecards
• resolve timekeeping discrepancies
• reconcile attendance data
• troubleshoot timekeeping software and train users
• coordinate with internal departments, regional centers, providers, and families
• conduct twice-monthly pay-stub audits
• generate reports
• identify process improvements
• and respond to billing and timekeeping inquiries.
