What you'll do

• Advise on global employment law matters involving hiring, performance management, terminations, leaves and accommodations, wage and hour, and investigations
• drive policy rollouts, trainings, and compliance initiatives
• advise on employee relations and organizational change
• streamline processes
• support global expansion, privacy, equity, immigration, compliance, and M&A integration
• advise on compensation, pay equity, and benefits compliance.
