What you'll do

• Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting at multiple properties
• address appliance, cable and Wi-Fi, basic HVAC, and light plumbing issues
• coordinate owner-approved maintenance and third-party vendors
• participate in on-call coverage for urgent issues
• maintain hot tubs as needed
• collect and remove trash and debris
• support driving seasonal J-1 housekeepers between home and worksites each shift.
