What you'll do

• Oversee accounting operations for two dealership locations, including month-end close, financial statements, and factory reporting
• lead and develop office staff
• manage schedules, reconciliations, and account analysis
• monitor floor plan, contracts in transit, and cash flow
• partner with department managers on expenses, profitability, and process improvements
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and year-end work with outside CPAs
• maintain manufacturer, state, and federal compliance.
