What you'll do

• Provide developer-level support as part of the Epic analyst team
• apply professional billing and claims application knowledge to optimize system performance
• troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues in PB and Claims modules
• implement application enhancements
• collaborate with the team and manager to prioritize work and deliverables
• participate in a rotating on-call support schedule during Pacific Time business hours.
