What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion activities
• help with meals, feeding, and light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes to the supervising nurse
• provide companionship
• follow infection-control procedures and company policies
• document care and communicate promptly
• travel to assigned clients within designated service areas.
