Job overview

The Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves children and families throughout Georgia in a currently fully remote role. Compensation is up to $93 per hour, with negotiable rates based on experience. BK Behavior provides clinical and professional support through a dedicated BCBA Success Manager. The BCBA conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized ABA treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, and collaborates with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical progress. The role may transition to hybrid if Georgia regulations require additional in-person services, with advance notice.

What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
  • monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
  • collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
  • maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
