What you'll do

• Teach approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes weekly
• recruit, onboard, mentor, and support instructors
• manage the class schedule
• track key performance indicators
• coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• engage with members
• partner with leadership on sales, local partnerships, and outreach.
