What you'll do

• Co-facilitate group counseling
• provide individual counseling under therapist direction and document client progress
• collaborate on individualized treatment plans and goals
• monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• use crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• maintain records and progress notes
• participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultations.
