Hard Armor Inside Sales Support

What you'll do

• Manage inbound inquiries and provide product recommendations
• provide product sheets and specifications
• monitor bid postings and summarize requirements
• follow up with customers from proposal or bid through order
• support sales personnel and manage smaller accounts under sales representatives’ supervision
• coordinate sample requests and custom orders
• work with customer service and production to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
