House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Mount Pleasant, UT. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. This role exists to provide a structured, family-like environment for students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. House Parents will guide, mentor, and supervise a group of students, ensuring their well-being and growth.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
