What you'll do

• Process daily card reports, provisional credits, and reversals
• review lost and stolen reports and block or reissue accounts
• handle vendor correspondence and maintenance requests
• respond to ATM help desk tickets and assist with troubleshooting
• review ATM check image files
• settle ATM and prepaid systems and reconcile general ledger accounts
• answer department hotline and help desk requests
• maintain Visa Check card accounts
• place travel flags on card records
• order instant-issue card stock
• make outbound debit-card calls when requested.
