Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with pay of $13–$15 per hour. The role supports an Orangetheory studio’s fitness and wellness services and its mission to spread “More Life” to members and the community. The associate welcomes prospective and current members, explains the studio concept, supports membership sales, and helps guide new prospects through their first workout experience.

What you'll do

• Greet studio visitors
• present the Orangetheory concept
• answer phones and speak with members
• give studio tours
• work with trainers to guide prospects through their first workout
• sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients
• address member concerns
• participate in marketing and outreach events
• keep studio areas clean and organized.
