What you'll do

• Design and execute collections procedures, including automated dunning and personal outreach
• manage escalations for high-value past-due enterprise accounts and negotiate payment plans
• report collection metrics such as DSO, aging migrations, and bad debt reserves
• and collaborate with account executives, customer success, and legal teams to resolve collection barriers while protecting account relationships.
