The Seasonal Livestock Office Assistant role is onsite in Denver, CO. Pay is $20 per hour. National Western’s mission is to strengthen American agriculture through education, youth development, and community connection. The assistant supports livestock operations and events through administrative work, participant and entry records, shipment coordination, and event preparation. The role helps the Agriculture Events and Competitions department deliver livestock shows, auctions, and related activities, including the National Western Stock Show.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and monitor voicemail
• manage departmental email
• maintain participant, exhibitor, and livestock entry records
• process DNA orders
• prepare exhibitor packets and event materials
• draft and organize correspondence and event documents
• receive, process, and ship packages and supplies
• assist with livestock show and auction planning
• support registration and participant communications
• order awards and supplies
• assist with onsite event operations
• track orders and entries
• generate reports
• support timesheets and seasonal employee coordination.
