Order Fulfillment Coordinator — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Route customer orders to the Design Room or Planter Production
• scan orders into DDMS and communicate special instructions
• fulfill orders not completed by production teams
• pick merchandise from the sales floor and warehouse
• stage completed orders for delivery and update order status
• perform product transfers and PIPs
• communicate with stores, buying groups, and the Order Center about holidays and unfilled orders
• bundle products for delivery
• provide work direction when the supervisor is absent
• assist with administrative, housekeeping, training, and stock duties.
