Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by APTA. Active Virginia state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
