The Battery Post-Sales Application Engineer role is onsite in Fremont, CA. The salary range is $130,000–$165,000 per year. This customer-facing engineering role supports battery applications after sale by coordinating validation, troubleshooting pack integration, and working with customers and manufacturing partners. It also channels qualification feedback and quality issues to internal research and development and quality teams to support reliable battery solutions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate battery-pack sample test plans and track internal and external lab progress
• perform preliminary pack configuration calculations and assess design for manufacturability
• visit pack houses to document capabilities and support onboarding of manufacturing partners
• conduct battery-pack teardown failure analysis
• assist with certification data and cell/pack abuse testing
• support battery thermal performance troubleshooting
• maintain sample and qualification schedules
• document qualification feedback and route customer concerns to research and development and quality teams.
