What you'll do

• Locate and mark underground utilities and complete locate paperwork
• operate sub-site and handheld locator systems for underground telecommunications cable conduit, including fiber optic cable
• ensure permits and locates are complete and onsite
• follow jobsite safety standards
• schedule and coordinate locate projects
• maintain equipment and material inventory
• collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and design professionals
• communicate with landowners
• maintain company vehicle and tools.
