The Paralegal – Personal Injury Litigation role is onsite in Burlington, WA. Compensation is $27–$40 per hour, plus bonuses based on goals that may vary by legal team. The role supports GLP Attorneys’ Burlington office; the firm handles personal injury cases and advocates for clients across the Pacific Northwest. The paralegal supports attorneys and legal teams in moving a caseload forward by managing case materials, client communications, drafting, and deadlines. The role also helps with case strategy through legal research, medical-record review, and coordination with expert witnesses.

What you'll do

• Support attorneys and legal teams with caseloads
• communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and other involved parties
• draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and discovery responses for attorney review
• draft motions, responses, and replies
• assist with legal research and memoranda
• maintain and organize case files
• retain and coordinate with expert witnesses
• review and evaluate medical records
• manage competing deadlines
• identify issues, recommend next steps, and support case strategy.

Why this role
