What you'll do

• Perform body repairs, including masking, sanding, and grinding to restore vehicle surfaces.
• Apply primer and refinish paint, ensuring finishes and defect corrections.
• Remove and replace parts as needed for cosmetic and structural integrity.
• Repair plastic and substrates to meet CarMax quality standards.
• Maintain and repair specialized equipment while ensuring proper cleaning and functionality.
• Uphold CarMax Paint Standards and workplace organization under CarMax 5S principles and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
