What you'll do

• Recruit and screen healthcare professionals

• match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments
• coordinate interviews
• maintain ATS documentation
• follow up with candidates
• work with credentialing and onboarding teams
• meet recruiting and placement goals.
