IT Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Triage and assign ServiceNow tickets
• maintain SLA and KPI tracking
• submit account requests and run quarterly AWS and Azure account recertification reports
• assist with vulnerability reports and task assignments
• coordinate POAM milestones and attend vulnerability meetings
• review AWS Health Alerts and coordinate actions
• investigate system alerts
• manage website monitors and maintenance windows
• support service-account password changes
• collect audit artifacts
• maintain inventory tickets and submit monthly and quarterly AWS and Azure inventory reports.
