This role exists to drive customer engagement and lead generation within major home improvement retail locations. The incumbent acts as a brand ambassador, educating shoppers on home comfort solutions and scheduling free in-home consultations to help the company meet its sales and service goals.

What you'll do

• Engage shoppers in face-to-face conversations regarding home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Educate customers on Total Comfort services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for specialists.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence and support retail promotions.
