What you'll do

• Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening
• follow up with clients
• support departmental objectives and customer satisfaction standards
• complete sales orders and transaction paperwork
• prepare and demonstrate vehicles
• deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork
• meet sales unit expectations
• attend requested training
• maintain product knowledge
• follow up on post-delivery items
• review sales activity
• assist with snow removal and vehicle arrangement
• maintain keys and dealer plates.
