Registered Nurse – Private Duty Home Care

Job overview

The Registered Nurse – Private Duty Home Care role provides onsite care in patients’ homes in Palm Springs, CA, with pay of $72–$80 per hour. Legacy Concierge provides one-to-one concierge nursing care in the home setting. The nurse delivers skilled, patient-centered care under an individualized plan of care and clinical supervision. The role supports continuity and trust with an assigned patient through assessment, treatment and medication administration, daily documentation, communication about clinical changes, and assistance with daily living activities.

What you'll do

• Deliver 8–12 hours of one-to-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
• perform comprehensive assessments and monitor, administer, and document vital signs
• administer medications and prescribed treatments according to the plan of care
• support ADLs and IADLs
• perform ordered G/J-tube feeding and medication administration, wound care, and dressing changes
• provide tracheostomy and ventilator care and other condition-specific support as directed
• complete daily clinical notes
• report changes and concerns to the RN Care Ambassador
• provide patient and family support
• attend training and competency evaluations.

Why this role
