Lead Snowmaking Maintenance

The Lead Snowmaking Maintenance role is onsite in West Dover, VT, with an expected pay range of $23.00–$30.61 per hour. The position supports resort snowmaking operations and guest experience at Vail Resorts.

What you'll do

• Operate, inspect, and maintain snowmaking equipment
• maintain pump, compressor, and cooling tower equipment
• perform pump and compressor maintenance, utility locates, and hydrant repair or replacement
• follow snowmaking policies, safety guidelines, and operating procedures
• train snowmaking staff in safe equipment operation and maintenance
• communicate across shifts and with resort teams
• maintain inventory and order components
• manage maintenance documentation
• oversee maintenance staff when the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager is absent
• assist with general snowmaking responsibilities when necessary.
