What you'll do

• Provide CNC operators with gages, programs, drawings, inspection sheets, setup materials, and inserts
• set up gages
• assist machinists with problem solving and setup-time reduction
• write build-to-print CNC programs and train machinists in program editing
• direct activities from the daily manufacturing schedule
• maintain required manufacturing logbooks and 5S standards
• verify employee hours
• support safety policies and continuous improvement
• assume manufacturing supervisory responsibilities when the Machine Shop Supervisor is absent.
