Senior Product Manager, Provider Operations (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of provider-facing digital products
• define roadmaps and priorities using market research, customer needs, and business goals
• partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams on requirements and delivery
• gather insights from providers and stakeholders
• develop business cases and KPIs
• track performance using data and A/B testing
• participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies
• support release planning, business verification, and market testing
• communicate product vision and value
• analyze feedback and improve provider experiences through personalization and journey orchestration.
