What you'll do

• Assist with real estate transaction closings, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures
• organize and review due diligence materials
• maintain transaction checklists
• coordinate with team members and counterparties
• prepare closing binders and investment summaries
• follow up on post-closing items
• maintain online data rooms
• collect and track documents and signatures
• support document execution and legal billing software.
