The Facilities & Maintenance Technician II role is onsite at RGO – Edith in Albuquerque, NM. Compensation is $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is a vertically integrated cannabis company focused on retail, cultivation quality, and brand partnerships. The technician performs routine and advanced facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and small improvement projects while following standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements. The role also provides technical guidance to Facilities Technician I staff and helps maintain safe, functional facilities.

What you'll do

• Perform painting, drywall patching, carpentry, fixture replacement, and general upkeep
• inspect facilities for maintenance needs and safety or compliance issues
• troubleshoot and repair facility systems and equipment including HVAC, pumps, and motors
• perform intermediate plumbing and electrical repairs
• document work and inspections
• support facility projects
• train and guide Technician I staff.
