What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day administrative leadership for the MSW program
• lead accreditation and assessment activities
• coordinate online program administration, quality assurance, and delivery
• teach graduate-level MSW courses and advise students
• support faculty curriculum delivery and assessment
• monitor online student engagement, progression, and retention
• conduct and publish scholarly research
• seek external funding
• participate in committees and recruitment and retention activities
• foster community agency partnerships
• occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be required.

Why this role

Requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, at least five years of post-MSW professional experience, and higher-education teaching and/or program administration experience. A DSW or Ph.D. is strongly preferred; LCSW is preferred. The university states it cannot sponsor employment visas.
