IT Service Desk Technician

Job overview

The IT Service Desk Technician role is onsite in Crane, IN, with a schedule of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 per year. The technician resolves Tier 1 end-user issues, supports workstation and software setup, and maintains service records and procedures. What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve end-user technical problems
• identify, research, and resolve Tier 1 issues
• document internal procedures
• assist with onboarding new users
• use help desk tracking and ticketing systems including ServiceNow
• diagnose data communications problems
• install and configure workstations, peripherals, and software
• maintain historical records and documentation.
