What you'll do

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with clientele
• respond to commercial losses and secure work
• serve as primary contact for owners, adjusters, and consultants
• develop scopes and negotiate agreements
• manage fixed-bid and time-and-material projects
• oversee crews and subcontractors
• create schedules
• document project activity
• submit progress billing
• ensure safety protocols
• provide updates
• complete projects on time and on budget.
